NSW:Prisoner escapes near Mudgee
Local police .. Polair and the Dog Squad have been searching an area of forest in the
state's central west after a prisoner escaped from a working party clearing undergrowth
at a pine forest near Mudgee.
22 year old ANDREW LEONARD an inmate of Kirk Connell Correctional Centre at Lithgow
.. was one of several prisoners clearing undergrowth when he took off.
Police say LEONARD is described as being of Caucasian appearance .. 180cm tall with
a slim build and brown hair .. he has a tattoo of a skull on his right forearm .. and
another of a star on his left forearm.
